Nobu's "Black Cod Miso" - Untouchables

See Tribeca and Midtown staple Nobu and a dish that chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa first debuted in LA and then put on his Tribeca menu almost two decades ago: the oft-copied, now ubiquitous black cod with miso.
