Ivan Armando Flores is an independent visual journalist based in Kabul covering conflict, political and cultural issues. He has spent the last 2 years working in and out of Afghanistan where he is working on a long term multimedia project called 'Afghanistan is Beautiful'. Ivan's work has been published in Al Jazeera, Slate, The Street, The Diplomat, Ars Technica, GOOD Magazine, OZY and other publications. He as also created content for UNESCO, UH-Habitat, The American Red Cross and the Bernie Sanders Campaign. He is represented by SIPA press.
