I've eaten falafel in Jerusalem, borsch in St. Petersburg, caviar in Baku, escargot in Normandy, haggis in Edinburgh, deep dish in Chicago, tapas in Barcelona, polenta in Como, tripe in Warsaw, and brisket in Texas. If it's the real deal, I'm comin' for a meal. Good times.
