Eater Names Harry Cheadle Editor of Eater Seattle

Cheadle will oversee all of Eater Seattle’s coverage

Eater has hired Harry Cheadle to serve as editor of Eater Seattle, one of its 20+ city sites focused on local coverage.

Cheadle has worked in journalism for over a decade, primarily at Vice, where he covered politics, culture, and sports in a variety of roles. His writing has also been featured in the Daily Beast, the New Republic, and Vulture. A native Seattleite, Cheadle is thrilled to be back in his hometown after long stints in New York and Los Angeles, and excited to cover one of the most dynamic restaurant scenes in the country.

In his role, Cheadle will oversee all of Eater Seattle’s coverage.
