LIVELLO
Let's be clear. This is actually tea service that includes booze. From now through the end of June (daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.), Livello in the L'Ermitage hotel presents a booze-improved tea service aptly named "Wicked Tea." Guests choose between one of the tea-infused Champagne cocktails—hibiscus and chamomile or Strawberry Tea Pimm's Cup—or an actual cup of hot tea to go along with the many liquor-infused afternoon tea bites. Look for bacon and bourbon scones, Calvados apple cider with warm cinnamon beignet, and smoked salmon with dill on Fernet Branca pumpernickel bun. [Photo: Livello]

Hakkasan Las Vegas Nightclub
Always a favorite, the Smoky Negroni is actually available at all Hakkasan locations, including Beverly Hills and New York. Ordering one invites a performance wherein a bartender will make a Negroni cocktail in a decanter and then pump in smoke from ignited and extinguished Grand Marnier-infused wood chips to flavor the drink. The concoction is then poured over a beautiful ice sphere. [Photo: Caroline Pardilla]

The Church Key
Pan Am-dressed servers push vintage Delta Airlines drink carts around the restaurant, serving up canned Negronis and Bloody Marys, as well as "Odder Pops," a boozy and therefore more delicious version of that childhood classic. Odder Pops are housemade, packaged cocktails that the server dunks in liquid nitrogen before passing to the guest. Flavors vary, but during happy hour try the Zombie (Bacardi Superior, Gosling rum, passion fruit, orange juice, lime, and Angostura bitters) and end dinner with an Appletini. Faith & Flower
For a real show, order up the fiery Leap of Faith service at Esquire's best new restaurant Faith & Flower. A server will roll over a bar cart with absinthe bottles, then coat a snifter with absinthe and ignite it. While everyone at the table oohs and aahs, the blue flamed liquid is poured into a rocks glass filled with root beer and a large ice cube. But before taking a sip of the sweet concoction, the guest is invited to inhale the remaining absinthe vapor left in the snifter, sip the cocktail, and then finally exhale to enhance their drinking experience.
