Today, for the first time, Eater turns to Switzerland to focus on ten newish locales that have been garnering serious buzz. For this installment, Lausanne-based freelance writer Kelly DiNardo shares her picks for the hottest drinking and dining from Basel to Zurich.

Among the map's offerings is a Basel brasserie with a beer garden in the courtyard (Volkshaus), a restaurant with insane views from the 35th floor of a Zurich skyscraper (Clouds), and multiple concepts from Swiss celebrity chef Ivo Adam near Locarno (Seven).
