This week we head to Saint Louis, a city not yet under the Eater purview, and select fourteen newish locales that have been garnering serious buzz.
There's plenty to be excited about on this list, from a new barbeque standout that gives Pappy's and the like a run for their money (PM BBQ), the reopening of a favorite (Copia), and a tiny, unassuming Lebanese find (Central Cafe), to St. Louis Italian from a master of the style (Peppe's Apt. 2). Even with fourteen selections, some spots had to be left out, but that definitely doesn't mean you shouldn't give them a visit: Milagro Modern Mexican, Mosaic Bistro Market, and Brasserie by Niche.
Here now, the Eater Heat Map to Saint Louis, a chronicle of the city's restaurants of the moment.
Tried any of the places on the list or feel there are any glaring omissions? You know what to do.
