It's been five months since we last looked at Paris' hottest restaurants, so today we circle back and focus on nine new openings that have been garnering serious buzz. As was the case with the last map, restaurant writer and blogger extraordinaire Adrian Moore has kindly shared with us his picks for the hottest dining her city currently has to offer.

Among the map's offerings are two modern wine bars with excellent food (Frenchie Bar à Vins and Au Passage), several showcases for authorial cooking (Agapé Substance, Septime, Akrame), and of course, a new outpost from the "chef of the century" (L'Atelier Étoile de Joel Robuchon).
