This time around, we've been fortunate enough to consult Westword restaurant critic Laura Shunk, who has shared with us some of her picks. She chose everything from the profusion of new restaurants in Larimer Square (Ocean Prime, Green Russell) to projects from chefs who originally made it in New York (ChoLon, TAG Raw Bar) to the sausage fest establishments whose artery-clogging offerings are getting serious praise (Euclid Hall, Frank Bonanno's Lou's Food Bar, Biker Jim's).
