It's been five months since we last looked at Denver's hottest restaurants, so today we circle back and focus on nine new openings that have been garnering serious buzz. As was the case with the last Denver Heat Map, local expert and Westword restaurant critic Laura Shunk has kindly shared with us her picks for the hottest dining her city currently has to offer.
The map features three new openings helmed by crazy talented chefs (Linger, Bittersweet, and Row 14), a sausage parlor that might prove a viable alternative to Biker Jim's (Uber Sausage), expansions from respected local brands (among them the new location of Marczyk's Fine Foods), and finally, a pair of establishments worth making the trip to Boulder for (Frasca Caffe and The Kitchen [Next Door]).
