Today we return to one of the world's most exciting cities for eating, Copenhagen, Denmark, and focus on six newish spots that have been garnering serious buzz. As was the case the last time around, food writer and Eater contributor Ali Kurshat Altinsoy has kindly shared with us his picks for the hottest dining his (adopted) city currently has to offer.
Among the offerings: two restaurants from the celebrated chef Rasmus Oubæk (Retour and Retour Steak), a casual wine bar serving Mediterranean small plates, charcuterie, and cheese (Bar'Vin), a Copenhagen outpost of a celebrated Bornholm restaurant (Kadeau), and the restaurant that has replaced Herman at the Nimb Hotel (Louise).
Here now, the Eater Heatmap to Copenhagen.
Tried any of the places on the list or feel there are any glaring omissions? You know what to do.
