Today we return to one of the world's most exciting cities for eating, Copenhagen, Denmark, and focus on seven buzzy restaurants. As was the case the last time around, food writer and Eater contributor Ali Kurshat Altinsoy has kindly shared with us his picks for the hottest dining his (adopted) city currently has to offer. Among the offerings: a new location in Christiania for the acclaimed Kadeau, a new concept in its former space (Pony), an pan-Asian restaurant from the team behind the Michelin-starred Kiin Kiin (Chai Wong), a pleasant French bistro in the Tivoli Gardens (Nimb Terrasse), and a new Vesterbro outpost of Madklubben.
Here now, the Eater Heatmap to Copenhagen.
Tried any of the places on the list or feel there are any glaring omissions? You know what to do.
