Today we return to Barcelona, Spain and focus on seven newish locales that have been garnering serious buzz. Among the map's offerings is the most recent and most ambitious revamp of Albert Adrià's cocktail bar (41 Degrees Experience), a local beer factory with Jordi Vila tapas and a space designed by architect Jean Nouvel (Fabrica Moritz Barcelona), an old-style grand rotisserie (Chez Coco), a contemporary sandwich concept from the guys at wine bar Monvinic (Fastvinic), and a modern tapas spot that actually has something to say (Ten's).

Here now, the Eater Heatmap to Barcelona.

Tried any of the places on the list or feel there are any glaring omissions? You know what to do.
