For this edition, local fixer, field producer, and translator Lucy Garcia has kindly shared with us her picks for the hottest dining her city currently has to offer (if the name sounds familiar, it's likely because you've seen her collaborating with the likes of Ferran Adrià and Anthony Bourdain).
