10 new restaurants to check out in the Silicon Valley.

View as Map

Today, Eater returns to the Silicon Valley to focus on 10 newish restaurants that are garnering some serious buzz. As like last time around, San Jose resident and food writer Jeffrey Cianci has kindly shared his picks for the hottest restaurants to open in Silicon Valley in the past 12 months.

Among his picks are a lunch-only ramen pop-up with a creative twist (Kansui Ramen) and an upscale new French eatery from a well-pedigreed restaurant vet (Zola). Also on the list is a chef-designed juice shop (The Liquid Menu), a new location of a hyper-local California meat specialist (Belcampo Meat Co.), and a splashy new project from Michael Mina (Bourbon Steak & Pub). Here now, and in alphabetical order, the Eater Heatmap to the Silicon Valley.
