Today we head to one of the world's most exciting cities for eating, Copenhagen, Denmark, and focus on twelve newish spots that have been garnering serious buzz. For this installment, food writer and Eater contributor Ali Kurshat Altinsoy has kindly shared with us his picks for the hottest dining his (adopted) city currently has to offer.

Among the map's offerings, there's your fair share of places from Noma alums (perhaps most famously, Relae), excellent contemporary Asian food (Dim Sum), one of the coolest restaurants in Europe (the excellent Fiskebar), the restaurants of acclaimed chefs (Bo Bech's Geist, Rasmus Kofoed's Geranium), and even an American-style steakhouse (Mash).

Here now, the Eater Heat Map to Copenhagen.

Tried any of the places on the list or feel there are any glaring omissions? You know what to do.
