Treme's second season concluded this past Sunday, and with it the story arc for chef Janette Desautel. Desautel's bumpy ride, as delivered by Anthony Bourdain, took the New Orleans expat chef to New York where she made it big in the Momoverse, gave David Chang the idea for those Noodle Bar fried chicken dinners and then returned home to bang her sous chef and start anew. And probably eat some po' boys. So, in honor of Desautel, New Orleans food and the season two finale, here are eighteen of The Big Easy's best.
