Hey all you parched Angelenos, listen up. Patina, one of Los Angeles' few fine dining establishments, has rolled out a series of classes "designed to help you know your water better." The restaurant's certified water sommelier Martin Riese, who was also responsible for Ray's & Stark Bar's 45-page water menu, will teach the $50 class and educate students on "the fundamentals of water."
