Matthew Kang is the Lead Editor of Eater LA. He has covered dining, restaurants, food culture, and nightlife in Los Angeles since 2008. His work has been featured in Angeleno Magazine and TASTE Cooking. He is the host of K-Town, a YouTube show covering Korean American food in America. Previously he was a commercial bank analyst and received a business degree from the University of Southern California.
