Adam H. Callaghan is a writer and editor with ten years of experience specializing in food, drink, fermentation, and travel. He's been the editor of Eater Seattle, Eater Maine, and Visit Seattle's "Official Visitors’ Guide," among other digital and print publications, and has written and edited countless news stories, social media posts, headlines, and guides. As a freelancer, Adam has contributed to publications from "Wine Enthusiast" to The Takeout and business clients like hop growers. He was a board member for Travel and Words, a Northwest writers' conference, from 2017 to 2019, during which time he also spoke on editors panels and taught a workshop called The Ingredients of Culinary Writing.
