Georgia chef Hugh Acheson was on a roll last night, tweeting out a string of 10 Things to Tell Young Chefs. Sounds like Acheson has some real winners on his hands: his rules include "No you you can't take time off to go follow Phish" and "You know there is a lot of space on the center of that plate, don't ya?" He left the number one rule up to his chef pals, but did see fit to retweet Anthony Bourdain's suggestion: "Kitchen Confidential is not a 'How To.'" The full list, below:
