Here we have the first look at arguably (no offense to the others) the most anticipated restaurant at the Vegas CityCenter, and considering the company, that's saying a lot. Set in the Mandarin Oriental portion of CityCenter, it's Twist, the first American endeavor by Michelin three-star chef Pierre Gagnaire. Designed by Adam Tihany, Twist cost of $7 million to build, and boasts 72 seats on the 23rd-floor lobby of the 47-story hotel. The highlights of the design are the 300 illuminated globes that "float across the ceiling" and the 20 foot high windows that overlook the city lights. Twist opened earlier this month, and there's an a la carte menu to go along with the $135 tasting menu.
