The Wharf Pub and Restaurant
The Wharf Pub is a cozy dockside bar — while you’re ordering off of their great tap list, make sure to try the clam chowder.
Cliff Walk
Cliff Walk offers some of the best views of the ocean and the famous Newport mansions. We loved running the trail while dreaming of moving into any one of the giant estates we saw.
Gary's Handy Lunch
The Eastern omelet, stuffed with cheese and sautéed onions, is everything you could ever want from an old-school diner like Gary’s Handy Lunch.
Empire Tea & Coffee
We sampled their coffee made from bourbon barrel-aged beans and an espresso spritzer — both were great and definitely got us buzzing.
Adirondack II
If you’re looking to get out on the water while in Newport, this schooner is the way to go. The ship’s crew was amazing, and the views were even better.
Pour Judgement
We love puns almost as much as we love beer — so with its hilarious name, impressive tap list, and tasty bar bites, we knew this pub was going to be a great spot.
Tilted Barn Brewery
This beautiful, small-batch brewery is located in an old barn that’s right in the middle of a farm. Even cooler, all of the fruit and hops used here are grown right on the property.
