This Oakland Park restaurant and bar might confuse you at first (it’s an easy mistake to think you should only go in if you’re in the market for a tattoo), but don’t let that deter you. By day, this little sanctum of craft cocktails is disarmingly cozy — tucked away amongst the loud and sunburned revelry of mid-South Beach — and invitingly dark. By night, the energy picks up as the space fills with crowds hoping to try the highly rated cocktail menu. If oysters and a cocktail is your dream pair, swing by any day from 4-8 p.m. for their happy hour or, if you’re looking for a nice kick on a hot day, order their frozen spicy mango margarita (featuring Milagro blanco, mezcal, mango, and tajin).
