The Jalapeño Margarita, made by Tortilla Republic in West Hollywood
Serves 1
Ingredients:
2 ounces Tequila Cazadores Reposado
1/2 ounces triple sec
2 ounces fresh agave
Muddled fresh jalapeños
Kosher salt and lime to rim the glass
Directions:
Rim the glass: First, pour a layer of salt onto a small plate. Rub a lime wedge over the rim of the glass, and dip the glass into the layer of salt. Fill with ice and set aside.
Pour tequila, triple sec, agave, and jalapeños into a cocktail shaker and muddle. Cover and shake vigorously, and strain into glass.
