The 41-70
Brandon Baltzley and Laura Higgins, both formerly of Ribelle in Brookline, have teamed up with Carol Grigas (Phusion Grille) to turn Phusion into The 41-70, a restaurant that will highlight New England's bounty, especially seafood. The main menu will be supplemented by a more avant-garde selection that showcases "the really weird stuff that [they] really love doing," Baltzley previously told Eater. The restaurant will seat 44 inside and 44 outside (for the warmer months), and while the team will initially aim to be open nine months of the year, Baltzley hopes to eventually be open year-round.
