The Table at Season to Taste
(NOW OPEN.) At Robert Harris' Cambridge headquarters for his catering company, Season to Taste, a restaurant has opened up in collaboration with Craigie on Main alum Carl Dooley, who is competing on the currently airing season of Top Chef. The Table, which will seat 20, will serve contemporary French cuisine in the form of four-course prix fixe menus with two options per course. (A vegetarian menu will be available as well.) "We wanted to give the guests a wide variety of flavors but not have it be a tasting menu format," Dooley previously told Eater. "I don't really like long tasting menus. You sort of get fatigued," he said. Harris is an alum of Rialto, East Coast Grill, and more, making this project quite rooted in Cambridge.
