- The Parts Unknown Season 11 finale airs this week, showcasing late host Anthony Bourdain’s time in Bhutan, a small Buddhist kingdom on the eastern edge of the Himalayas. Bourdain toured this South Asian locale with director Darren Aronofsky of Requiem for a Dream and Black Swan fame. Among their travels, the two took in a meal with yak herders and ate traditional Bhutanese cuisine in the capital city of Thimphu. Parts Unknown: Bhutan airs this Sunday at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CNN, and it isn’t clear what the future holds for the series. Bourdain died earlier this month while filming Season 12; CNN has not announced whether it will air more new episodes.
- Southern celebrity chef Sean Brock regularly shows off his guitar collection on Instagram. Now, Brock has recorded a couple of duets with alt-country musician Boo Ray. The songs will be available to stream July 27, and a vinyl record, currently available for preorder, will be released August 24.
