- Rock and roll-loving traveling gourmand Anthony Bourdain returns to the airwaves this weekend for the Season 11 premiere of his CNN series, Parts Unknown. Sunday night at 9 p.m. ET, Bourdain takes a trip to West Virginia, into the heart of Trump country, for a special extended episode. The author/TV host will get a sense of Appalachian living and cooking, and, maybe, he’ll find some common ground with folks who hold a starkly different worldview than his own.
