Bobby Flay, the chef known as much for being the boy who met grill as Actually Cooking™ at his NYC restaurant Gato, is set to open his first new Vegas restaurant in years. In March 2019, Flay will open Shark, which, according to Eater Vegas, will focus on fish, with inspiration from “South American, Mexican, and Mediterranean ingredients.” Presumably there will be ancho chile galore.
A new Flay restaurant is potentially a big deal, so Eater has taken the liberty of brainstorming some headlines for any restaurant critic — professional or amateur — who needs it.
