Meet the Chefs of the Year in Eater Cities

A Chicago chef looks to redefine Mexican cuisine in her city. An Atlanta chef aims to expand his customers’ understanding of authentic Thai food. Three veterans of The Venetian in Las Vegas offer a whole new style of restaurant, located in the southwest part of the Las Vegas valley. A chef cooking his version of modern Chinese food in London earns his first Michelin star.

Those are just a few of the figures who were awarded the coveted title of Chef of the Year across Eater cities in 2017.
