Last night, acclaimed Phoenix-based pizzaiolo Chris Bianco stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live to mix some dough and shoot the breeze with the late show host and comedian Billy Crystal. This clip is twice as long as most last night cooking segments but it works because real-life pals Kimmel and Bianco have a great rapport on camera, and pizza novice Crystal is quick with the one-liners.
