Jaden Smith learned an important lesson about the wide world of cheese over the weekend. On Saturday, the vegan movie star — who is currently in Toronto filming a movie called Life in a Year — launched into a bizarre Twitter rant about how he was served pancakes full of cheese at the Four Season Hotel, where he was staying.

Presumably, Smith is referring to the hotel’s lemon ricotta pancakes, which absolutely are not vegan, because ricotta is in fact a variety of cheese. Following the pancake incident, Smith also had some issues extending his stay, so he switched hotels.
