The Cheesecake Factory Is Giving Out 10,000 Free Slices

  • Because millennials prefer delivery, the Cheesecake Factory is giving out 10,000 free slices of cheesecake with DoorDash delivery orders tomorrow.
  • Following in TGI Friday’s footsteps, Pizza Hut is testing beer delivery in Phoenix, Arizona. They’ll expand the pilot effort with wine in 2018, before delivering pizza and booze elsewhere in the U.S.
  • There may soon be a Starbucks on every corner in China: Starbucks is opening a store in its second-largest market every 15 hours. The company already operates more than 3,000 locations in China and plans to open 2,000 more by 2021.
  • The Parabere Forum, which highlights women’s voices on major food issues, announced its 2018 speakers, including chefs Dominque Crenn and Anne-Sophie Pic.

  • Sanrio is once again partnering with Italy-based Torti Winery to make five bottles of Hello Kitty wine for the holiday season.
