On October 21, the Times-Picayune published the results of an eight-month-long investigation into accusations of sexual harassment at Besh Restaurant Group restaurants. According to the report, New Orleans chef John Besh and partner Octavio Mantilla created a culture that encouraged sexual harassment and assault.
