Since 2013, intrepid traveler/resurgent cookbook author/jiu-jitsu champion Anthony Bourdain has circled the globe on behalf of CNN, making the resulting show, Parts Unknown, must-see-TV for a certain kind of food obsessive. We count ourselves among that crowd, recapping Bourdain’s best bon mots from each episode for the past few seasons.
