Ace Hotel and Eater have teamed up on a dinner series brining Eater Young Guns chefs to four cities, and on Tuesday, September 13, the final dinner will happen in Pittsburgh, PA.
Eater Young Guns semifinalist Bobby Pradachith — the co-chef/owner of Thip Khao in Washington, DC — will be cooking a special menu at Ace Hotel Pittsburgh, one that incorporates modern cooking techniques, Pradachith's background in Lao cuisine, and local ingredients.
