All great achievements require sacrifices of one sort or another, but giving up pizza? Why, that's unheard of. Sadly, that's the harsh reality of things for Adele, who recently had to give up her favorite food for health reasons.
"I can’t eat pizza anymore guys, how bad is that?" British newspaper the Daily Star quotes the pop star as saying.
BUT WHY, ADELE? "Because it’s got cooked tomatoes on it which are bad for your throat and give you acid reflux," she continued. "How bad is that, that I can’t eat pizza, can you get over that?"
No, no we cannot.
Adele's love of pizza is well-documented: Last month tabloids reported that the singer sent hotel staffers on a 70-mile journey to get food from her favorite pizzeria, something she says is completely absurd.
All's not lost, however: At least she can still have her beloved In-N-Out, which she famously feasted on after this year's Grammy awards.
