Inside The Annex, adjacent to her Chicago bar GreenRiver, head bartender Julia Momose creates a lineup of innovative drinks — including a summer menu centered around flowers, which is meant to challenge the "girly" perception many have about floral flavors. Here, she makes a cocktail called the Drill Seargent with vermouth, pineapple rum, pisco, egg whites, bitters, and fresh chamomile.
