Celebrity chefs and television personalities Anthony Bourdain and Mario Batali appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this week. In addition to their on-air tomfoolery playing "Food Pyramid" with Fallon, the chefs did a little behind-the-scenes segment and answered a series of questions.
Faced with "would you rather" prompts, submitted by fans of The Tonight Show, Bourdain and Batali covered everything from whether they'd prefer to eat salty cupcakes or sugary omelettes, to whether they could give up alcohol to avoid having to eat a can of SpaghettiO's every day (guess the likelihood of that one).
The final dilemma put forth to this high-profile duo involved choosing between having their fingers perpetually covered in barbecue-sauce flavor or Doritos dust. Bourdain and Batali were on the show to promote Batali's third annual EAT (RED) Save Lives campaign, which raises money for distributing drugs to fight AIDS transmission. The program runs for a month, starting on June 2.
