Watch: Kristen Kish and Andy Ricker Cook at Questlove's Food Salon

The coolest dinner party you'll never attend

Questlove is best known as the drummer for The Roots, a legendary hiphop group that also serves as the house band for The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon. But in recent years he's also made headlines for being a serious food obsessive; he briefly owned a fried chicken stand in Manhattan and just released a book about cooking and creativity called somethingtofoodabout. And those lucky enough to rub elbows with a certain New York crowd might even find themselves invited to one of his now-famous food salons, where he invites a star-studded guest list of musicians, actors, artists, and chefs to his home for an evening of food, music, and conversation.

The latest salon featured the handiwork of chefs Kristen Kish, Andy Ricker, Edouardo Jordan, and Jen Yee. Here, each chef discusses their cooking philosophies and shows what they're cooking for the evening. Prepare to experience serious house party envy complete with cameos from Hollywood stars like Michael Rapaport, Bobby Cannavale, and Rose Byrne.
