Watch: Five Quick Recipes for Bubbly Cocktails

These drinks will get you through summer

Spring is here, and the weather is warming up across most of the United States. That means it's time for fizzy, low-alcohol cocktails that are perfect for sipping all day long on your favorite patio. This video from Food 52 shows how to make five different spritzes with a total of 10 ingredients.

Fortunately, the ingredients required don't make for a daunting grocery list: Aperol, Campari, prosecco, sweet vermouth, white wine, grapefruits, lemons, oranges, simple syrup, and soda water. The drinks one can mix up with such a stocked bar: Negroni sbagliato, bicicletta, Aperol betty, Americano, and bitter intentions.
