Watch Gwyneth Paltrow and Jimmy Fallon Eat Her New Organic Skincare Line

Jimmy Fallon put her up to this

Goop queen Gwyneth Paltrow was on The Tonight Show last night, and things got a little weird. In case you're not already familiar with Gwynnie's particular brand of kale enthusiasm and clean-eating extremism, she is — as she tells host Jimmy Fallon — "very into healthy food and wellness and stuff like that." And besides writing cookbooks, investing in restaurants, and presiding over an insanely popular lifestyle brand, she also just launched her own line of organic skincare fit for the woman who does three hours of yoga daily and only drinks the freshest of cold-pressed juices.

As the Martha Stewart nemesis tells Fallon, her skincare line is made with ingredients that are totally safe to eat. Right on cue, the host pulls out an order of McDonald's french fries and the duo proceeds to use the Goop face cream in place of ketchup; as Gwyneth notes, it tastes "somewhere between ranch and bath soap." It's hard to say what's more shocking here: Celebrities devouring $30-an-ounce skincare products or actually seeing greasy fast-food grace the lips of America's clean-eating empress.
