In the latest installment from Tiny Kitchen, the talented chef with nimble fingers takes on one of this country's favorite dishes: tacos. Specifically, the chef whips up some itsy-bitsy hard tacos with ground beef filling. This video shows how it's done.
After frying the minuscule tortillas in a wee bit of oil, a thimble-sized portion of ground beef is browned in a pan fit for a mouse. Once that's ready to go, the tacos are topped with the appropriate garnishes: incredibly small portions of shredded lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and pico de gallo. The Tex-Mex dish is then ready to be served at a table that would be a perfect fit for a small action figure.
While the foods coming out of Tiny Kitchen continue to impress, one has to wonder if this experiment has gone too far. After all, as delicious as they are, why would anyone want to limit their taco intake?
