Is Drake Launching His Own Brand of Booze?

After throwing his support behind a hometown restaurant in Toronto, rapper/Degrassi alum Drake appears to be launching a booze line. The toll-free number enthusiast posted a teaser image on Instagram that got both the music and booze industries buzzing.

An email to the address shown in the post was not immediately returned, and a website for Virginia Black Whiskey shows the same "coming soon" graphic. Whatever Virginia Black Whiskey is, Drake wants it to be associated with winning: "After that legendary moment what else is there to do but celebrate with class," reads his comment on the post.

Vibe magazine speculates the new booze could be in line for an April launch, which would coincide with the release of Drizzy's next album Views From the 6. Business Insider correctly notes it's curious Drake would align himself with a Virginia brand — wouldn't Canadian Club be more appropriate?
