Watch: Meet Real Customer Donny, the Massachusetts ‘Mayor’ of Dunkin’ Donuts

“Grab a crueller, have an extra large, three Parliaments, take a big dump. That’s kind of the routine.”

As the tagline goes “America runs on Dunkin’,” but what do real customers have to say about the coffee and doughnut giant around the holidays? Sure there’s the seasonal Dunkin’ Peppermint Dunkaccinos and the convenient mobile order and pay app for smartphone users. Where else can you get breakfast and stocking stuffers for your loved ones at the same time? But does that get to the true essence of why customers love Dunkin Donuts?

Meet Donny (AKA Casey Affleck), SNL’s take on the quintessential Massachusetts Dunkin’ customer. “Wanna talk real customers? Kid, that’s me,” he says, one hand hanging a cigarette out the cafe door. “I’m like the mayor of Dunkins, this is like the face of Dunkin’ right here.” So why does he love Dunkin’? “Yeah, I come to Dunkin’ every day. Grab a crueller, have an extra large, three Parliaments, take a big dump. That’s kind of the routine.” Watch the full clip from last night’s episode above.
