Happy Friday. Hurricane Matthew is pummeling the south Atlantic coast and Waffle House locations, which are used to weathering storms, are closing as a result of the high winds and storm surge.

Speaking of Hurricane Matthew, the storm has caused terrible damage and death in Haiti. Meanwhile people in South Florida are just trying to cope:

In a recent interview Hillary Clinton’s top aid/good wife Huma Abedin revealed some fun facts about her and Clinton’s 20-year relationship. Turns out, the two women bond over food:

We're obsessed with food. It's a joke on the campaign. Whenever we have a chance and it's meal time … we look forward to it. 'What is it?' 'I want to know the menu.' And then we enjoy it. So we talk about food. We talk about fashion. We'll often do celebrity gossip, although very often we'll be looking through pages and say 'Who are these people?'
