Watch Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg Dance and Pop Bottles

Here's the trailer for their new VH1 'Potluck Dinner Party' series

Though it may be difficult to think about anything other than the results of the presidential election right now, there's a definite bright spot on the horizon: the budding friendship between Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg, which will soon be televised for our viewing pleasure.

The unlikely duo's new VH1 series, Martha and Snoop's Potluck Dinner Party, is set to premiere on VH1 on Monday, November 7, and the first trailer has finally emerged. Set to Snoop and Dr. Dre's iconic track "The Next Episode" from Chronic 2001, it presumably provides a window into some of what viewers can expect from the show: baking (weed?) brownies and popping bottles of Champagne.

Tweets and Instagrams chronicling the show's taping have revealed guest stars including DJ Khaled and 50 Cent, as well as a fancy pajama party and Martha admitting that Snoop can actually cook — er, "sort of."

No matter who wins the White House, at least we've still got this glorious pop culture union to distract ourselves with on Election Day Eve.
