This week, Eater's friends over at culinary lab and cooking school ChefSteps are all about utilizing an underutilized tool. In the now grand tradition of putting things in the waffle maker to see what works, these highly trained chefs ... put things in the waffle maker to see what works. This time, though, things get quasi-gourmet (gyoza, fried rice, three-story funfetti cake, full English breakfast). It's fun. Check it out.
