Alton Brown Is Publishing a New Cookbook Called 'Every Day Cook'

It hits bookstores next fall.

Everyone's favorite food geek and Food Network star Alton Brown is coming out with another cookbook. Titled Alton Brown: Every Day CookPublishers Marketplace (subscription required) describes it as "a collection of more than 100 personal recipes that Alton cooks day in, day out along with a taste of the science and history for which he is known." Ballentine Publishers acquired the rights to the book in a two-book deal. No word yet on the other book Brown plans to publish, though in his recent Q&A with Eater readers he mentioned wanting to write a cookbook for kids.

For the past few days Brown has been teasing his social media audience with mentions of the new book. Alton Brown: Every Day Cook hits bookstores next fall. Stay tuned for more details as the publication date nears.
